License

Slotsmith and Slotsmith Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. A paid license gives you access to automatic updates and support for the number of websites in your plan, for one year from purchase.

Billing and renewals

Plans are billed yearly and renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account; your license stays active until the end of the paid period. If a license is not renewed, Slotsmith Pro keeps working but you stop receiving updates and support.

Payments are processed by our reseller, Freemius, Inc., who appear on your statement and handle sales tax and VAT.

Free trial

Free trials last 14 days and do not require a payment card. When a trial ends without purchase, Pro features switch off and the free plugin continues to work.

Refunds

If Slotsmith Pro does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Support

Support is provided by email to customers with an active license. We aim to reply within two business days.
